Your privacy

What we keep

Your name and contact details, your school and program, your state and term dates, and what you tell us about your placement. After you approve a preceptor, we add the documents their site and your school ask for.

Who can see it

Your placement coordinator, the clinical director who checks your preceptor, and the coordinators handling your agreement and clearances. A preceptor sees your details only after you approve them. Your school sees what its own forms require.

How long we keep it

Until your term ends and your program's audit period has passed. Then we delete it, or return documents your school asks to have back.

Your choices

You can ask to see your information, correct it, or have it deleted early. Call us or use the contact page.

This website

Our forms and chat save what you type, the page you were on and a chat token so a conversation continues between pages. We don't use advertising trackers.
