Terms of service

What we do

We find and check a preceptor or field site your program will accept, and prepare the agreement, credential and clearance paperwork on your school's forms. Practicum Council is an independent service, not affiliated with any university or licensing board.

What we won't do

Promise a grade, guarantee a specific person by name, use a site your program doesn't allow, or offer a preceptor who can't meet your supervision rules. If we say no, we tell you why in writing.

What we ask of you

Accurate details about your program and term, documents when we ask for them, and showing up for your scheduled hours. If a placement falls through because of wrong details or missed hours, we can set up a new one on new terms.

Fees

You get a written quote before you're matched and pay only once you are. The quote doesn't change unless your placement does, and it explains what's refunded if we can't place you.

Ending a placement

Either side can end it with notice, and it ends after your final evaluation. Work already done is charged as quoted. Papers filed with your school stay with your school unless it asks for them back.
